Top Ten Healthy Frozen Treats
Let me preface this post by saying this: I’m not necessarily what you would call a health nut. I mean, remember some of the recipes I’ve shared lately?
Texas Sheet Cake with Nutella Glaze
Caramel Nutella Chex Mix
Fudge Brownies with Nutella Frosting
Suffice it to say, I love Nutella, I love treats, and I will always have a sweet tooth.
But, especially during the summer, as we are working outside and playing and camping and hiking, I feel the need to stretch my culinary skills a bit and at least try for a little bit of healthy something.
So, I found ten great recipes for healthy frozen treats… or at least semi-healthy. The bonus of the healthy is that I don’t feel too guilty if we all have seconds… or thirds… or eat them for breakfast. Yup, I found a recipe for BREAKFAST POPSICLES. My girls may never be the same! Lorene has been behind the scenes here at Remodelaholic for more than a decade! She believes that planning projects and actually completing them are two different hobbies, but that doesn't stop her from planning at least a dozen projects at any given time. She spends her free time creating memories with her husband and 5 kids, traveling as far as she can afford, and partaking of books in any form available.
Thanks for hosting! Have a great weekend!
